The protection of personal data is of great importance to Vinçotte and we have taken all the necessary technical and organisational measures to comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

In its function as “data controller”, Vinçotte is responsible for the processing of personal data. This data is collected by Vinçotte in the context of contractual relations (offers, orders, contract performance, invoicing, etc.). It will only be used by our internal departments and not shared with third parties. It may also be used for marketing purposes.

Personal data used in the context of contractual relations is stored for the period provided for in the relevant national regulations.

Any person in contact with Vinçotte may assert their GDPR rights (where applicable: access to data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, portability, withdrawal of consent).
