The new Vinçotte Luxembourg customer website is now available!

At www.my-vincotte.lu you can now view all the information on your facilities, in particular the contracts and services related to them.

How do I get my log-in data?
•1st option: Send an email to customerservices@vincotte.lu and ask for your log-in details.
•2nd option: You can request your log-in details on our website www.my-vincotte.lu using the chat function to provide us with your email address.
In both cases, our Customer Service will send you an e-mail informing you of your registration data.

What to do once I am logged in?
We suggest:
•Browsing: discover the various website functions and familiarise yourself with the platform.
•Chat: Got any questions? Our chat is available from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:30 pm.
•Get in contact with us: In case of technical problems, you can contact our Support Team via “Teamviewer” or send an e-mail to customerservices@vincotte.lu.
