One of his passions is to develop people, culture and organizations. He loves to operate in an international environment, including speaking the languages. His areas of expertise: Broad knowledge and experience in sales and marketing in the B2B environment as well as the development and implementation of strategies.

To achieve this, our Technical Development Team works closely with the IT department, together ensuring the consistent technical development of our company. In addition, the team provides internal quality assurance, the qualification of our inspectors and further training, while also ensuring that our work complies with the latest specifications and standards.

Operations

The Operations division is the core of our business, with a clear focus on inspectors and their planning, control and inspection work. Our Operations Manager and his team are in constant contact with all departments and our planning team to meet the individual needs of our customers. In doing so, they assume a central position in the company, ensuring structured work steps and seamless workflows. They are also committed to continuously improving all processes and supporting management in the introduction of new processes and procedures.


Administration & Finance

The Administration & Finance department is responsible for overseeing general administrative tasks such as accounting, invoicing, as well as managing the secretariat, the Finance Back Office and office support. They assist our inspectors and account managers with their reports and the handling of our projects.


Human Ressources

The Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment and induction of new employees as well as the administration and processing of all HR matters. Since the success of our company is to a large extent dependent on our staff, their qualifications and talents, HR invests a lot of effort in personal career development. Via sustainable talent management and development, the HR Department ensures that key positions are optimally filled, talents discovered and jointly developed.

Thinking digitally means acting for a sustainable future. Our innovative IT ensures the introduction of new technologies as well as internal systems, making us a leader in work process automation. We develop custom software tailored to the needs of our departments. In addition, the IT Department ensures the 24/7 availability of our IT systems and protects our company against technical disruptions and other security risks.

Trust is always personal! Whether working at the office or in the field, our Account Managers take care of our customers, ensuring direct contacts and optimum communications and, together with our Finance Back Office, handling the processing of all transactions, from quotes to invoicing.
